Personal Assistant - Executive Assistant (UPPER EAST SIDE)
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to support and be a strategic influence to a fast moving business operation and household. A great opportunity to have an impact and a hand directly in the continued growth of a well established 35 year old organizational consulting practice and a busy and multi-faceted household.
Must have a minimum of 5 years of related experience, MS Office programs, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. Must be able to pass a background check, be available on call when needed and alter projects as priorities change. Organization, planning, prioritizing and problem-solving is a big part of the position. Must be polished and professional.
Scope Of Responsibilities Include:
-Manage professional and personal calendars, appointments and schedules of two individuals
-Organize travel (professional and personal) arrangements in great detail
-Manage bills, insurance (claims and policies) and accounts receivable
-Help plan and coordinate special personal and business events
-Manage small household staff
-Prepare PowerPoint presentations when needed
-Email and mail coorespondence
-Manage affairs of running several properties (leases, tenant relationships, repairs and maintenance, etc.)
-General administrative duties including filing, faxing, photocopying, etc.
-Creating processes and systems for improved efficiencies and ease of operations
-Personal errands and shpping for guest and VIP`s
-Assist accountant with materials needed or tax planning
-Minor bookkeeping activities
-Monitoring and tracking investments
A FULL TIME position with security. Compensation up to 65K plus performance based bonuses. Some flexibility with hours. Benefits to be discussed
